What is Your Guarantee (Resort Only Charges Apply)
Our Hospitality Service is totally committed to Customer Satisfaction. Our Clients agree that they receive more exclusive service than they expected and that the trip represents an extraordinary value. However, we do feel that some of our Prospective Guests decide not to reserve one of our Vacation Packages because they believe either we could not deliver the Services promised or that we would take a client's money and not deliver some or all of the promised services. For all Guests, we forgo any payment until you have arrived, checked in at your selected resort and your selected Escort is by your side. Send us your flight details so we can confirm your arrival. If you are satisfied and want to stay you would agree to pay the cost of the vacation at the destination. We accept cash US$ or Euros

Are Passport and visas required ?
A passport is necessary but not a Visa. A tourist card is handed out during the flight, and is filled out by the passenger. A copy of this is what the tourist carries with their passport. It is then requested to be presented at immigration when you leave the country.

What happens if I cause trouble ?
The atmosphere at our Resort has been described as more relaxed and a bit wicked than wild and we expect to keep it so. Extreme drunkeness or disorderly behavior is not tolerated.

STEP BY STEP TOUR PROCEDURES

1. Select your package.

5. Buy your plane ticket from your local Travel Agent.
6. Send us your flight information.

Note that a Tourist Card is required, but will be issued free of charge by an authorized airline on presentation of valid return or onward air tickets. (Travellers wishing to enter Venezuela overland or by sea will need to apply for a visa.) The maximum duration of stay on a Tourist Card is 90 days. Your travel representative will be waiting for you holding a small sign with your first name only. It is important that you stay at the airport. Your travel representative and the driver will find you. We do not leave the airport until we make sure you have arrived, cancelled or missed your flight. Please note we do not use cars or busses with any logo.

At the hotel your driver will transfer your luggage to your suite and your travel rep. will provide you with a beverage and explain the resort and at the same time he/she will check you in. The Travel Rep. will answer any questions you may have.

Tipping: We have a no tipping policy. There are two exceptions to it. If you go to the Casino we suggest that you give the escort $20-40 to play. What is the difference if you or your escort lose $20. If she wins she will be very grateful to you.

Secondly if you feel like buying your escort a small gift and "we would suggest that you shouldn't" but please let us know. Often our escorts are the sole source of income of her/his family.
